1. When will my order be shipped? All orders will be shipped within one business day unless there is a problem with the order or the order requires sizing or custom work. Most orders placed before 4:30 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped the same day. 2. Does my item come with a gift box? Yes. All jewelry items come shipped with a gift box. Most jewelry items come with a black, soft-suede gift box while watches are shipped in their manufacturers’ retail boxes.
3. Will you sell my email address and contact information? No. Affinity Jewelers is committed to keeping your personal information confidential. We will not sell your contact information to third parties including mass marketing agencies. See our Privacy Policy for further information.
4. Does Affinity Jewelers manufacture all the items on this site? No. Like most retailers, Affinity Jewelers does not manufacture all the finished items on our site. However, unlike most retailers, we have worked out a special arrangement with our suppliers that allows us to ship the items you purchase directly from the manufacturer to your home. This not only allows you to receive the product quicker, but also saves on shipping and inventory costs. This is one reason why we can guarantee the lowest price on all of our jewelry items. 4. Can I get the ring I ordered sized? Many of our rings come stock in a variety of different sizes and you can select the size in the appropriate table or drop down menu. If there is no sizing option with the product you are purchasing then the ring will be shipped in a stock size 6. The ring can be sized by any reputable jeweler. If you'd like a different size, we are happy to perform the sizing for a nominal fee of $12.00. Just indicate the desired size in the comments section during checkout. Note that sizing can delay shipment up to three business days and sized rings cannot be returned. |
